Guidance for Quarterly Enterprise Architecture Progress Reports
Issued By: OMB - Effective Date: 06.08.2007, 0.256K, PDF
Abstract: Beginning June 1, 2006, scorecard agencies have been required to submit Quarterly EA Progress Reports to OMB. Attached is the Federal Enterprise Architecture Program Guidance for Quarterly Reporting Requirements for this year. This quarterly reporting process is part of OMB's responsibility to oversee the development of agencies' enterprise architectures (EA) as part of the E-Government (E-Gov) Status score on the President's Management Agenda (PMA) Scorecard. This year, agencies have been working with OMB to establish milestones that represent the development of their EA programs over the next fifteen months. While reporting to OMB is required each quarter, the purpose of managing against these milestones is to mature agency EA programs incrementally between annual EA assessments, and to ensure agencies continue to make progress on developing and using their EA throughout the year.
